2) Do i need a visa to come to Tokyo?
A: Citizens of the following countries must apply for a visa to travel to Tokyo: Indonesia & Philippines. Obtaining visas and fees that might incur are solemly the creators responsiblity, please ensure you apply for a visa at the Japanese embassy in your country as soon as possible to avoid delays.

3) I have dietary restrictions, would BBA be able to accommodate?
A: Of course! Please send us an email with your dietary restrictions and we will try our best to acommodate.

4) I cannot make it to the Tokyo finals, will i be disqualified? What would happen if i cannot come?
A: Unfortunately, like all of the workshops throughout the program, attendance is mandatory in order to qualify to the finals.

5) Do i need to bring my laptop?
A: Yes, in case you do not have one, please email us at and we will prepare a loan for you. Please specify the editing software needed, loans and software are subjected to availability

6) Do i need to participate in all the activities during my stay?
A: Yes, the activities were designed specially for all the finalists arriving in Tokyo, we are sure you will have fun!

7) Can i extend my stay in Tokyo?
A: If you choose to extend your stay in Tokyo, you will be responsible in contacting the airline and reschedule your departure date, Beauty Bound Asia cannot be responsible of any extra fees that might occur. Moreover, creators that wish to extend their stay are responsible for their extra accommodations and transportation to the airport at the rescheduled date

8) What are the activities that will take place during my stay?
A: As stated on your congratulations email, there will be several activities, including welcome dinner, meet and greet with Michelle Phan, workshops and a Tokyo tour (Shibuya) to name a few. a complete schedule of acitivities will be shared with you upon arrival in Tokyo

9) What do i need to pack?
A: Some of the important items you must pack are: your video equipment, black tie formal attire for the Asia Finals, makeup, comfortable shoes for your Tokyo tour & laptop computer with editing software for your videos.
